In MotorPlus, I have the chance of managing a very talented, young and energetic group of colleagues. With such a team, it is not very difficult to run a client-based and ultimate service-minded operation.

The thing that I love about my job is, most of the time our clients are becoming our friends. After more than 10 years in business, I have friends from Canada to India. I think that I have been very lucky with my choice of profession.

In my personal life, I am an outdoor lover and spend a lot of time in the nature doing sports. Naturally, 4WD motorsports are in my focus and I do a lot of off-roading.

My personal style in business have always been “professionalism, with amateur spirit”. I have always tried to reflect this to our organization and I believe that this has been the key to our ongoing success …
